Yes. There are a number of units set up and reserved for ADA-accessible homes, because we want everyone to feel at home here. If one of these sounds like a fit, reach out to our leasing team, and we'll gladly check availability for you.

At this time, we don't have a furnished apartment option at The Goat Farm. Every home comes with a full kitchen, an in-home washer and dryer, and lots of closet space, so you'll have a wonderful starting point for making it your own.

Your security deposit ranges from $300 up to one month's rent, depending on your application results. Keep in mind that it's due within 72 hours of signing your lease agreement.

Utilities are billed separately from rent, which puts you in control of your own usage and keeps your monthly costs clear and easy to track.

You'll have your pick of Google Fiber, AT&T, or Xfinity for internet service at The Goat Farm, so you can choose the plan that suits you best.

Yes. To keep everyday living simple, The Goat Farm includes a $110 monthly package that covers:

• $30 for valet trash pickup on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

• $60 for a technology and amenity package, which includes Latch keyless entry access

• $5 for pest control

• $15 for a risk management fee

Paying rent here is simple. You can pay through the Rent Cafe Resident App or online through our resident portal, whenever and wherever it's convenient for you.

Getting started is easy. Once you've found a layout you like on our Floor Plans page, choose your home, check availability, and follow the prompts through our secure online leasing portal. Prefer to apply in person? Our leasing team is always happy to help at the office.

Yes, and we like to be upfront so there are no surprises. Applying requires a $75 non-refundable application fee per person and a $250 administration fee per apartment home.

We've kept this part simple. Income verification happens electronically through Yardi Screening Works Pro, powered by Nova Credit. You can connect a bank account, connect your payroll administrator, or upload your most recent pay stub to complete the process.

To help set every resident up for a comfortable stay, we ask that applicants have a gross monthly income of at least three times the monthly rent.

Lease terms at The Goat Farm run from 12 to 15 months, giving you a little flexibility to choose a timeline that fits your plans.

Please note that subleasing isn't permitted at The Goat Farm at this time. If your plans shift during your lease, don't hesitate to reach out to our team.

Renter's insurance isn't required at The Goat Farm, but we strongly encourage it. Our risk management fee doesn't cover your personal belongings, and a policy is an easy way to protect everything you own and enjoy a little extra peace of mind.

We're so glad you're staying. Our leasing office will send a renewal letter at least 75 days before your current lease expires, so you'll have plenty of time to plan. Once you confirm your renewal, we'll send your renewal package for electronic signature via Blue Moon Forms.

Yes. We're proud to set aside 32 apartments at The Goat Farm as part of our Workforce Housing program for renters who meet HUD income qualifications. Reach out to our leasing team to learn more about eligibility and availability.

Yes. The Goat Farm is a pet-friendly apartment complex in Atlanta, GA, and we welcome up to two pets per apartment. We think your four-legged companions will feel right at home on the campus.

Getting your pet set up here is straightforward, and we like to lay it all out so you know what to expect:

• A PetScreening.com profile, which runs $30 with a credit or debit card or $25 by ACH per pet

• A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350 to $550 for your first pet and $175 to $275 for a second pet

• Monthly pet rent of $20 to $35 per pet

Good news for pet parents: The Goat Farm doesn't have breed or size restrictions, so pets of every shape and size are welcome to call it home, too.

Your pet gets to enjoy The Goat Farm right along with you. We have an on-site pet wash station to make grooming easy, plus plenty of outdoor space across our campus to stretch their legs.

Life at The Goat Farm comes with more than the usual checklist. At our community, you'll find:

Yes. Every home at The Goat Farm comes with its own in-home washer and dryer, so laundry day never means leaving your apartment.

We do. Our access-controlled bike storage room features standard commercial bike racks, keeping your bike secure and ready for your next ride.

Yes, high-speed internet is available throughout our community, so you'll stay connected whether you're working from home or streaming on the couch.

Parking here is easy. One space is included with our Streamlined Living Package, and each additional space runs $25 a month.

Friends and family are always welcome, and there are currently no restrictions on overnight guest parking. Do keep in mind that starting this summer, our Park Place parking enforcement team will begin charging hourly retail parking rates, though residents will receive a 50 percent discount code to share with guests when they pay.

For residents who drive electric, we've made charging easy. The Goat Farm has five EV charging stations on the first level of the parking garage, so you can plug in right at home.

Good news: there are no move-in fees at The Goat Farm.

We love seeing residents make their homes their own. Do keep in mind that your apartment must be returned to its original condition when you move out. Accent walls should be properly primed and repainted, and any holes spackled and sanded. Otherwise, you'll be charged for the labor to fix them.

We understand that life happens. Please note that breaking your lease requires a 60-day notice of intent to vacate, repayment of any concessions you've received, and a liquidated damages fee equal to two months' rent. Your security deposit will also be forfeited. Our team is here to walk you through the process if needed.

When it's time to move on, plan to give 60 days' notice of intent to vacate before your lease end date. Do keep in mind that if that notice period runs past your lease end date, a prorated month-to-month fee will apply for the extra days.

Security deposit refunds are issued within 30 days of your move-out date, so you won't be left waiting.

Our maintenance team addresses routine requests within 48 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), and 24-hour emergency maintenance is always available for urgent issues.

Yes. To help everyone enjoy a peaceful home, quiet hours at The Goat Farm run from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. daily.

The Goat Farm falls within the Atlanta Public Schools district. For specific school assignments and options in the area, the Atlanta Public Schools website is the best place to check.

Our community sits in West Midtown Atlanta, right behind the Westside Provisions District, with Georgia Tech and Atlantic Station both close by. The Arts Center MARTA Station is about 2.4 miles away, and Downtown Atlanta is a 10 to 15-minute drive down the Downtown Connector. Wherever your day takes you, our neighborhood keeps you close to it.
