Apartment Amenities for Inspired Living

The Goat Farm is a community designed for creatives, with apartment amenities that go beyond the basics. Our apartments in West Midtown are part of an active 12-acre arts campus, with rotating art installations, a performance venue, rentable creative studios, and the future home of MOCA GA, all right on-site.

The rooftop is where daily life shifts to a whole new level. Hit the pool, settle into a spot in the clubroom, or push through a workout in the club-quality fitness center with city views overhead. Back inside, your home comes with nine-foot ceilings, oversized factory windows, in-home laundry, and a designer kitchen built to hold its own. Coworking nooks, art studios, and communal spaces give you a change of scene whenever you need one.

This is what midtown Atlanta apartments look and feel like when they're designed with more than just square footage in mind. Ready to see it? Schedule a tour today.
